Winnipeg Transit’s new web site
While the current version of our web site will still be available during the beta period, we encourage you to use the new version to take advantage of all the new features.

New Tools
At the same time, Winnipeg Transit is also releasing two new tools to help you access transit information as conveniently as possible. BUSguide is Winnipeg Transit’s new web site for smartphone and mobile browsers. BUSgadget is Winnipeg Transit’s new desktop gadget that provides real time transit information right on your computer desktop. These new tools are also being released in beta form.
What is a Beta?
Beta means that software is released in a testing capacity, and that features and performance may change over the course of the beta period. It’s a chance for Winnipeg Transit to test how new tools work with real users’ needs and get feedback from users about how well the tools are working. Once the beta period is over, the old web site will be deactivated.
