No Show and Cancellation Policy Development

Handi-Transit management has been working with the Handi-transit Policy Advisory Committee to develop policy to address excessive and repeated post-schedule trip cancellations, which reduce efficient vehicle use, and significantly increase daily “unable to provide” trip numbers.

Please note this draft policy is for discussion purposes and has not been implemented. Any changes to current policy will require City Council approval and implementation plans include 3-month advance notice to registrants.
