Handi-Transit works closely with our service providers and monitors all services with the goal of continually improving quality. Handi-Transit also relies on the passengers and drivers to help with monitoring, so we welcome passenger comments – both criticism and praise.
Handi-Transit staff members are best able to investigate and resolve complaints or problems when passengers notify us promptly after the occurrence and provide specific information as to date, time and other relevant details.
