Trip Confirmation

Passengers must confirm all of their trips with Handi-Transit.

You can call 986-5722 to confirm your trip anytime after 2 pm the day before they plan to travel.

Our automated service can be reached by dialing 986-5711. It’s fast convenient and best of all there is no waiting for an operator to become available. This system will inform you if we were able to schedule the trip you requested and, if so, the pick-up time.

Pick-up times may be a little earlier or later than requested.

If you need to cancel your trip, call our Automated Service at 986-5711 at least 30 minutes before pick up time.
