Changing a Trip Already Scheduled

If you need to change the time or destination of a trip previously scheduled, call 204 986-5722.
You will be directed to a Handi-Transit dispatcher who will try to accommodate your change request. In the event that the requested change cannot be accommodated, the passenger will have to decide if they wish to cancel or keep the orginal trip booking.

NOTE: Drivers are not authorized to make changes in trip times or pickup or drop off locations. All requests for changes must go through the Handi-Transit office.
Passengers are not permitted to request the driver to drop them somewhere other than the originally requested address unless it is along the pre-scheduled route. Handi-Transit vehicles operate on a scheduled service delivery system. Dropping at a different location disrupts this schedule and is an inconvenience to other passengers.
