Changing a Trip Already Scheduled
If you need to change the time or destination of a trip previously scheduled, call 986-5722.
You will be directed to a Handi-Transit dispatcher who will try to accommodate your request for new time. The sooner you request the change, the more likely the dispatcher is able to accommodate it.
NOTE: Drivers are not authorized to make changes in trip times or pickup or drop off locations. All requests for changes must go through the Handi-Transit office.
Passengers are not permitted to request the driver to drop them somewhere other than the originally requested address. Handi-Transit vehicles operate on a scheduled service delivery system. Dropping at a different location disrupts this schedule and is an inconvenience to other passengers.
