Service Delivery

Handi-Transit delivers the service through contracts with private transportation service providers.
Vehicles used are:

• cars
• retrofitted mini-vans that are low floor, wheelchair accessible
• mini-buses equipped with a wheelchair lift.

Note: Being the first to be picked up does not guarantee you will be the first dropped off. However, we try to keep in-vehicle travel times to a minimum and ensure that passengers get to their destinations by the requested times.
